Hourly fees are $550 per hour for Jan and $550 for Chris. Initial deposit is $3,500 (or $2,500 to book a half day), split among the parties, and there is a $1000 cancellation fee if the mediation or arbitration is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date. There is a minimum charge of $2500 for a booked half day mediation and $3500 for a booked full day.
